WHAT IS THE COST OF KOSIM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE?
The regular service package cost is $75.00 CAD for one hour or fraction of an hour if the service takes place in our service center located at 55 Valleywood Drive, Markham L3R 5L9 ON, Canada.
I NEED A TECHNICIAN TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE IN MY PLACE. WHAT WILL BE THE COST?
The service is $175.00 CAD for the first hour or fraction of an hour if the service takes place in the customer's location.
If the service takes more than one hour, the additional hour has a cost of $110.00 CAD per hour or fraction of an hour.
WHAT IF MY EQUIPMENT IS UNDER WARRANTY?
At the time of your purchase, the sales representative will give you a limited warranty document that will specify your item model and the type of warranty that covers. If your item is still under warranty, the service package is FREE in our Service Center located at 55 Valleywood Drive, Markham, Ontario L3R 5L9. If you require the service to be at your location, the Service Package is FREE but the travel time of the technician is $75.00 CAD within 60km range from our Service Center.

DOES KOSIM OFFER EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY?
We do offer the following extended limited warranties on equipment purchased at through any of our sales channels:
- Up to 2 Years Extended Limited Warranty: The cost is $99.99 additional to the Equipment Price.
- Up to 5 Years Extended Limited Warranty: The cost is $499.99 additional to the Equipment Price.
