WHAT IS THE COST OF KOSIM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE?
KOSIM, ELITE TABLES AND SIMILAR
If the service takes place in our service center (located at 55 Valleywood Drive, Markham L3R 5L9 ON, Canada), the regular service package cost is $75.00 CAD for the first hour. The charge is based on increments of 30 minutes, "30-minute billing period" or "30-minute intervals.
If the service takes place in the customer´s location within 60km range from our location (55 Valleywood Drive L3R 5L9, ON Canada), the price is $175.00 CAD for the first hour. The charge is based on increments of 30 minutes, "30-minute billing period" or "30-minute intervals. If the customer´s location is more than 60km range from our location, the price for extra travel Km will be of 1.75/km.
If the service takes more than one hour, the additional hour has a cost of $110.00 CAD. The charge is based on increments of 30 minutes, "30-minute billing period" or "30-minute intervals.
ZENITH, LLOYD AND OTHER SPECIALTY TABLES
If the service takes place in the customer´s location within 60km range from our service center location (55 Valleywood Drive L3R 5L9, ON Canada), the service is $225 CAD for the first hour. The price for an extra travel Km will be CAD $1.75/km.
If the service takes more than one hour, the additional hour has a cost of $150.00 CAD. The charge is based on increments of 30 minutes, "30-minute billing period" or "30-minute intervals.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF SERVICE?
The warranty is 30 days from the service day. The warranty covers only the area or sections where the repair or maintenance has taken place.
WHAT IF MY EQUIPMENT IS UNDER PURCHASE WARRANTY?
At the time of your purchase, the sales representative will give you a limited warranty document that will specify your item model and the type of warranty that covers. If your item is still under warranty, the service package is FREE in our Service Center located at 55 Valleywood Drive, Markham, Ontario L3R 5L9. If you require the service to be at your location, the Service Package is FREE, but the travel time of the technician is based on travelling costs.

DOES KOSIM OFFER EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY?
We do offer the following Part Extended Limited Warranties on KOSIM Branded equipment purchased at through any of our sales channels:
Up to 2 Years Extended Limited Warranty: The cost is $99.99 additional to the Equipment Price.
Up to 5 Years Extended Limited Warranty: The cost is $499.99 additional to the Equipment Price.
