Warranty Policy

Effective from June 9th of 2021.


Thank you for your interest in the products and services of KOSIM GROUP INC.

This Limited Warranty applies to products, purchased from KOSIM GROUP INC.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, KOSIM GROUP INC will repair or replace, at no charge, product or parts of a product that provided defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Repairing under warranty only when the service takes place in KOSIM Facility. For repairing service at customer place, please contact our office for details of the additional costs.

How the warranty works?


  • 5 years warranty period for the major structure frame;
  • 1 year warranty for electrical parts, upholstery and wear & tear.


  • Electrical devices, accessories and other supplies based on the manufacturing warranty.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty services, you must first contact us at 905-475-2380 and provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Detail information of the problem.
